Cut the fruit & veggies

Cut up the tomatos, avocados and shred the lettuce. Place the lettuce, and spinach into a bowl & mix together. Sprinkle the tomatos over the top and top with avocado

Slice the chicken

Slice the chicken breast, and layer on top of the salad.  Taadaa! You now have a yummy  low carb & keto friendly salad
