Copycat Starbucks Secret Menu Keto White Tea Drink

A creamy, peachy copycat of the Starbucks secret menu white tea drink — made totally keto with full-fat coconut milk and stevia instead of sugar. This refreshing low carb iced drink is sugar-free, make-ahead friendly, and decadent enough to feel like a treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 peach tea bags such as Rishi
  • 1 13 1/2 ounce can full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 3 drops stevia extract plus more to taste
  • 2 cups ice for serving
  • 1 cup sugar-free sweetened whipped cream for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a small sauce pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Transfer to a medium heatproof bowl and steep the tea bags for 10 minutes. Add 1 cup of cold water to the tea. Squeeze the remaining tea from the bags into the bowl and discard.

  • In a blender, combine half of the brewed tea, the coconut milk, and the vanilla; blend on low until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in the remaining tea.

  • Stir in the stevia, tasting for sweetness and adding as many drops as needed to reach your desired flavor. Chill until ready to serve, up to two days. Re-blend before serving if the mixture has separated.
  • To serve, pour the keto white tea drink over ice and top with whipped cream, if desired. Serve immediately.
