  • 16 ounces of water about 2 cups
  • 2 English breakfast tea bags the stronger, the better!
  • 1 tablespoon ghee for that rich, buttery depth
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil your MCT powerhouse
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract because life's too short for bland drinks
  • Sugar-free sweetener like erythritol or stevia adjust to your taste

Brew Your Tea

  • Start by bringing your water to a rolling boil and steeping your English breakfast tea bags for about 3-4 minutes. You want this tea strong enough to hold its own against the rich fats you'll be adding. Remove the tea bags and set your freshly brewed tea aside.

Prepare Your Fat

  • Blend Here's where the magic happens. Take your ghee and place it in a microwave-safe container – if you have a Magic Bullet or similar blender, use that cup directly to save on cleanup. Heat the ghee in 15-second intervals until it's completely melted and liquid.

Combine The Ingredients

  • To your melted ghee, add the coconut oil and vanilla extract. The residual heat from the ghee will help soften the coconut oil, making blending easier.

The Blending Transformation

  • Pour your hot tea into the container with your fat mixture. Secure your blender lid tightly and blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds until everything is completely emulsified. You'll know it's ready when the mixture is creamy, frothy, and has a beautiful light brown color.

Sweeten to Perfectiom

  • Add your preferred keto-friendly sweetener gradually, blending briefly after each addition until you reach your ideal sweetness level.
